Well, after 10 weeks of focused training with The Stack System, I completed 24 sessions, sticking closely to the app’s Foundation program. I began with an average driver swing speed of just 89.7 mph, maxing out at 91.5 mph during my first calibration session. Like many amateurs, I’d plateaued there for a long time—until now.

By the end of the program, my swing speed had surged to 107.2 mph (peak), with an average closer to 105.1 mph. That’s a gain of more a 15 mph—the kind of leap that transforms your game.
