You could use it at the driving range, you can use it indoors and you can use it at home, in your garden, or at an indoor golf simulator. You do need a certain amount of distance – perhaps around 2m in front and behind – to make this work. You need the ball to fly that far to really see the best numbers and accurate data on things like club path and face angle. Obviously outdoors that is less of an issue, but you do need to connect the Mevo Plus to a device to see the numbers from your golf swing. For that reason, playing a round of golf with it is probably not practical.
